Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Pip Creators merchandise but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’ve made our return process as easy as possible.​

Please note, this policy applies only to physical items. Digital downloads and Pip memberships are non-refundable.

1. Eligibility 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.​

​

2. Exclusions

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return. This policy only applies to physical merchandise - digital downloads and Pip memberships cannot be refunded.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at management@pipcreators.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).​

4. Refunds

​Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges on eligible items. Simply follow the return process, and once we’ve processed your return, we’ll send out your exchange item.​
